BREED PROSPECT GUARANTEE

BREED PROSPECTS come with a list of stipulations. I require ALL pups, that are sold as Breed Prospects, to have their DNA Health Panels & M Locus allele #'s done as well as their NAD test done on any potential carriers. Also will require OFA's or equivalents to be done at 2yrs of age for Hips/Elbows/Patellas & Eyes AND said pup is Not to be bred before OFA results are received. (OFA Prelims AFTER 1 yr of age is accepted AS LONG AS the box has been checked on the OFA forms to allow Good & Bad Results to be published on the OFA website.)

IF BRED BEFORE OFA'S ARE DONE, THEN OUR GUARANTEE IS VOID!!!

I will also be instating the option of retaining pick pup from their first litter (must be able to be registered as ASDR or AKC/CKC MAS)...which means I get first pick from their first litter for my program (no funds will exchange hands, BUT I will be responsible for any shipping costs for said puppy). Breed pups will initially be registered as Co-ownership between Me & the puppy purchaser. Once the OFA Results & the Pick Pup has been delivered, the pup's paperwork will be transferred over completely into the purchaser's name & mine will be removed from the paperwork.

NONE of our dogs are to be utilized in crossbred programs, ie. Aussiedoodles, Cowboy Corgis, etc...

IF puppy should NOT mature to be breed quality, fail OFA's or is NOT able to reproduce a litter, purchaser MUST contact Breeder~ Me & send info/photos, etc. for evaluation. IF agreed upon by both parties that said pup is NOT breed quality or Fails OFA's or cannot reproduce ( IF dog HAS produced ONE litter, then it WILL be deemed as being able to Reproduce~ even if it for some reason the dog cannot produce a 2nd litter, by producing its initial litter, the dog HAS covered the breed guarantee of being able to produce. Our Breed Pup Guarantee is put in place to Protect BOTH the buyer & the seller AND is not to be abused by either party), then said puppy is to be spayed/neutered. Once breeder receives a copy of the spay/neuter certificate or a copy of the vet bill, then purchaser will have the option of choosing a replacement pup from either a current or future litter of their choice at no additional cost. Shipping fees WILL be the responsibility of the purchaser. I am virtually guaranteeing your Breed Prospect thru the Yin Yang ~

I do NOT guarantee mature size~ I WILL attempt to estimate as close as I can to their projected mature size, but genetics CAN & WILL have a mind of its own. I DO utilize a lot of Aussie bloodlines in my MAS program in order to keep Breed Type, but with that there is always the chance of a Breed Prospect going oversized. .... I WANT to be proud of what I am sending out into your program & I am WANTING you to succeed with our prospects~
